Senior Business Process Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst who is able to quickly identify systems, gaps, and possible solutions. This role is perfect for someone who wants to shape strategy with data, solve problems with people, and deliver real-world results that stick. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and coordinates with the lead and opportunity capture teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with clients to assess organizational performance and uncover bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead process mapping and analysis efforts using tools like BPMN, SIPOC, and value stream mapping.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and observations to deeply understand current-state workflows across operations, tech, and teams.
• Define future-state process improvements grounded in strategic goals, with a practical path to implementation.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports with both the data and the story.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Voluminant teams (project managers, AI technologists, trainers, and IT architects) to co-design solutions.
• Support business cases and ROI modeling for process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the evolution of Voluminant’s PMImpact™ and workflow redesign methodologies.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in business process analysis, management consulting, or organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning processes within government agencies, enterprise clients, or fast-moving environments.
• Fluent in process mapping tools and methods. Bonus points for Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar certifications.
• Strategic thinking with an eye for detail — you see both the forest and the trees.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence. You translate complexity into plain language.
• Experience working with or adjacent to technology teams (ERP, CRM, RPA, AI/ML, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
