Voluminant is looking for a seasoned Project Management Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs to federal agencies and commercial clients. If you’re an experienced project leader with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving real-world results, we want to hear from you.

As a PM Trainer, you’ll facilitate engaging workshops, coach professionals on best practices, and contribute to the ongoing development of our top-tier training programs, including Managing Projects at State (the U.S. Department of State’s premier PM course), Excellence in Applied Project Management, and pmIMPACT, our proprietary consulting and training framework.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver live, virtual, and in-person project management training to diverse professionals, including government officials, contracting officers, and engineers
  • Adapt training content to real-world challenges faced by participants
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to help organizations improve project performance
  • Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement of Voluminant’s PM programs
  • Analyze client needs and recommend targeted training solutions

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep Project Management Expertise – PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
  • Training & Facilitation Mastery – Experience leading interactive workshops, simulations, and case studies
  • Real-World PM Experience – Background in government contracting, IT, or operations a plus
  • Consultative Approach – Ability to assess organizational needs and tailor training accordingly
  • Engaging & Adaptive Communication – Skilled at breaking down complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Commitment to Excellence – Passion for empowering professionals to lead successful projects
